Gratitude

Jack hugs and kisses the pregnant belly of The Immaculate Angel as she wraps her arms and wings around him, comforting him. He has suffered great pains and injustices, but he has never blamed her. He loves, honours, and respects her, and is endlessly grateful, filled with gratitude and thanksgiving to her for baring his child. Painted December 2013.
